Mauricio Carradini

Brings extensive experience as a consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Additionally, he has served the government of Colombia in various capacities, including as a Special Advisor to the Minister in the Ministry of Defense and as a Communications Director in the Presidency of the Republic under President Álvaro Uribe. Furthermore, he has held executive positions as CAO and CEO of companies in the technology and healthcare sectors across Latin America and the United Kingdom. He currently serves as a member of boards of directors in both Latin America and Europe

Rafael Cox-Alomar

Has practiced law in some of the more prestigious law firms in Washington D.C., acting on behalf of clients (mostly Latin American sovereigns) in investor state arbitrations before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) of the World Bank
Teaches Constitutional Law, as well as Public and Private International Law (University of the District of Columbia, Washington D.C.); has been a Visiting Professor (Harvard Law School), and a Fulbright Fellow as an expert on the constitutional relationship between Greenland and Denmark (Danish Institute for International Studies, DISS, Copenhagen)
Professor Cox-Alomar holds a BA magna cum laude (Cornell), a D.Phil in History (Oxford), and a Juris Doctor degree (Harvard). He is admitted to the practice of law in New York, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico, and is the author of "The Puerto Rico Constitution" (Oxford University Press, 2022). He appears regularly on CNN En Español, France 24, and NTN24 discussing issues of constitutional law and politics, and his op ed pieces are published weekly on Puerto Rico's most prominent newspaper El Nuevo Día
